The Korn Ferry 360 Assessment is designed for leaders and organizations aiming to enhance leadership capabilities. It evaluates competencies and behaviors to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in leadership.

It assesses competencies in Thought, Results, People, and Self, plus identifies detrimental behaviors, "stallers" and "stoppers".

Participants get a detailed 65-page report offering actionable insights into competencies, career hindrances, and areas for development, emphasizing skill development, potential misuses, and unrecognized strengths.

Post-Assessment Coaching:
