Assessment Attributes:
The Korn Ferry 360 Assessment evaluates individuals across four critical dimensions: Cognitive capabilities in understanding business contexts and decision-making (Thought), effectiveness in initiating actions and delivering results (Results), ability to work collaboratively and exert influence (People), and the level of self-awareness and authenticity exhibited (Self). Additionally, it identifies detrimental behaviors known as "stallers" and "stoppers" that can negatively impact leadership effectiveness.
Every participant receives an in-depth 65-page report that is structured for clarity and ease of understanding, providing concrete, actionable recommendations for development. This report enables individuals to pinpoint their strongest and weakest competencies, recognize career-limiting behaviors, and leverage vital data to prioritize developmental efforts for maximum impact. It offers a thorough analysis of each competency and behavior, including potential skill overuse, overlooked areas, and untapped strengths, facilitating a holistic understanding of one's leadership profile.
Post-Assessment Coaching Process:
Following the completion of the Korn Ferry 360 Assessment, individuals partake in a comprehensive 60-minute coaching session conducted online. This session is facilitated by a certified coach who will delve into the assessment results, offering personalized advice and strategies to foster personal and professional growth.
